I am a father of two children and a husband to my beautiful wife. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, where we lived most all our lives and where my wife and I met in 1996, my family and I decided to relocate to Florida when my wife’s parents moved to Coconut Creek in 1998. My wife and I landed in Boynton Beach with our first home here in sunny South Florida in October 2000.
In July 2004 my wife blessed us with a beautiful baby girl and our lives changed forever. We relocated to Coral Springs in September of 2004 to be closer to my wife’s parents. A little over 2 years later in January 2007 we were once again blessed when we welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world. I was running a pretty busy window and pressure cleaning business by this time.
Having a big interest in Real Estate over the previous years, I decided to get my Real Estate license in 2006 and apply what I learned from running my own businesses to what I wanted to do in Real Estate. As we know, the market turned by 2007 and I was thankful I still had my other business.
About 3 years ago, I decided to get back into Real Estate. Luckily, the market is different today.
